PHOTOCHANNEL SINGS AGREEMENT WITH SAM'S CLUB PhotoChannel to provide and operate Sam's Club's online photo services Vancouver, BC - February 6, 2008- PhotoChannel Networks Inc. The new service will launch in March 2008.
