PhotoChannel Signs Agreement with Leading Canadian Wireless Carrier

Bell Mobility customers can pick up camera phone prints
from Canadian retailers like Wal-Mart and Black’s.

VANCOUVER, BC – July 6, 2005 – PhotoChannel Networks Inc. (TSX-V: PNI and OTCBB: PHCHF) (“PhotoChannel”) today announced an agreement to integrate PhotoChannel’s technology with Bell Mobility’s picture messaging services. Bell Mobility, a division of Bell Canada, is a leading Canadian wireless carrier and currently offers customers a wide range of camera phone handsets.

By integrating the PhotoChannel Network with its camera phone service, Bell Mobility customers can order prints from any of PhotoChannel’s participating retailers, including industry leaders such as Wal-Mart Canada and Black Photo.
