Peter
Fitzgerald - Executive Chairman &
Director
Mr. Fitzgerald joined
the PhotoChannel Board
of Directors in August
2001 and became Chairman
of the Board in 2004.
Mr. Fitzgerald took
control as the President
& CEO of PhotoChannel
in March of 2005. Prior
to PNI he was CEO of
Gretag Imaging where
he built the company
into one of the world's
leading manufacturers
of imaging equipment
and systems before leaving
to pursue personal interests.
Previous to Gretag,
Mr. Fitzgerald was CEO
of Qualex, the Kodak
photo-processing subsidiary,
which he led very successfully
for over seven years.
While he was CEO of
Qualex. Mr. Fitzgerald
retained his active
role as Vice President
within Eastman Kodak
where among other titles
he carried the role
of General Manager,
Worldwide Consumer Imaging
Services. Mr. Fitzgerald
has a Masters degree
of Science in Business
Administration at Massachusetts
Institute of Technology,
is a Graduate of the
PMD Program at Harvard
Business School and
is a Fellow of the Charter
Association of Certified
Accountants.
Kyle Hall - Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Hall joined PhotoChannel in September 2000 and has been responsible
for the vision and business development that has positioned PNI as
the leader in providing retailers and wireless carriers with online
image printing and messaging services. Effective October 1, 2008, Mr. Hall became CEO of the Company. Mr. Hall has led PNI in modifying
its business model to utilize the systems already implemented with
its multi-national retail customers and carriers to deliver all forms
of digital media content. With over sixteen years' sales and marketing
experience leading innovative imaging companies including Telepix
Imaging, MGI Software and Corel Corporation, Mr. Hall has a proven
background in substantially building businesses and increasing sales.
Mr. Hall received his Bachelor of Science degree in Zoology from the
University of Western Ontario. For six years, he played professional
football in the Canadian Football League with the Ottawa Rough Riders
and Winnipeg Blue Bombers.
Aaron Rallo - President & Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Aaron Rallo joined PhotoChannel in November 2004 as Chief Technology
Officer and Vice President of Product Development. Effective October 1, 2008, Mr. Rallo became President of the Company. With his proven
technical record and in-depth experience in the imaging market, Mr.
Rallo leads the PNI development team as the Company fulfills its strategy
of deploying solutions for retailers and wireless carriers with the
most robust and feature rich digital content delivery solution in
the market. Most recently Mr. Rallo worked at Microsoft Corporation
(MSFT) within the Windows Printing and Imaging team. Prior to Microsoft,
he spent eight years at Fujifilm eSystems (formerly AGT) as Vice President
of Web Development and Network Operations. Mr. Rallo received his
BS, Computer Science from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
Robert
Chisholm - Chief
Financial Officer
Mr. Chisholm joined
PhotoChannel in 2001
and is responsible
for managing the Company's
finances, public market
listings, investor
relations and overseeing
contract negotiations.
Mr. Chisholm brings
over 20 years of experience
in finance and administration.
Prior to PNI he was
Chief Financial Officer
for SCS Solars Computing
Systems Inc., a publicly
traded Vancouver based
software developer
and electronic integrator
for wholesale travel
suppliers. Mr. Chisholm
holds a professional
accounting designation
from the Certified
Management Accountants
of Canada and received
his BBA with a major
in accounting from
Saint Francis Xavier
University in Nova
Scotia.
